The aim of the Change of paradigms training is: to prepare the staff members for the acceptance of regular changes in the processes, the development of openness required for the implementation of the lean approach. The aim of change of paradigms is to start the review of organizational habits, the rethinking of the processes – current paradigms.

Tools: interactive training based on the discussion of a thematic training film; definition of the term, discussion of the subject of change of paradigms; then the analysis of concrete organizational examples of habits, processes, systems.

The introduction of lean – from the point of view of organizational culture – is a continuous change management process: the culture and openness of the organization has a crucial influence on the understanding, acceptance of the lean principles; the starting of the introduction process.

At most of the companies we have to achieve the replacement of the „habits” of mass production: so that on the basis of the „new” lean approach the staff members start to think, act differently... therefore the first step of the process is a change of approach.
